I purchased this device in may. 3 months later in August, this phone became defective due to a software malfunction also known as restore error 9. This also resulted in the phone screen turning entirely red and unusable (look up red screen of death). This phone was not only used, it was refurbished, something that the seller did not disclose. I write this review after many months of visiting repair shops who don’t even want to touch the phone because it is unrepairable. Because this occurred 3 months after my purchase, I am now left with a useless device and at a $400+ loss. I do not recommend anyone purchase phones from here because even though they are at a lower price, you will pay for it in the long run from a malfunction because of the nature of the phone resale market.

I am happy with my purchase and it arrived on the date it was promised.
