We bought a Samsung Note 8 and started having some battery issues with the phone. It wouldn't charge when it first came, but we didn't take it as a big deal. It started to work fine but after 6 weeks, we started having some serious issues. The phone would blackout, wouldn't charge, the battery also swelled up. We tried contacting them via Swappa and their email that we found on google. There was always a limited response. We had to ship the phone back to the Seller at our own cost and thankfully, they issued a refund for our money back.
