Device was like new. Everything was as described. Shipping was semi fast, could have been faster but since the shipping cost was paid by the seller i cant complain. Overall great experience.

Device came in a week after I ordered it. Was a struggle to receive any communication from the seller. Asked for a tracking # for days, and when I finally got that, it was an invalid tracking #. Device then came in with an obvious dead zone on the touch screen. Seller gets two stars for being prompt in agreeing to refund the item, yet again hardly any communication from the seller again. Swappa staff was great, but there is only so much they can do. I understand issues can arise, and no one is really at fault. But, communication is essential especially when there is a problem. I would not buy from this seller again.

Received a phone with an issue. The seller was very polite and professional about the situation. Accepted the return and issued a full refund. This is a sign of a great seller, as a lot of sellers would deny there's anything wrong with the phone and not accept a return. Thank you!
