- The phone works as if it's been refurbished. I'll click one part of the screen and It'll click somewhere else. Sometimes it won't click at all. I keep trying to restart the device or lock and unlock it in hopes that it'll quit. Sometimes the speaker makes this crunching noise like it's something in it. If the phone vibrates or makes a notification sound I'll hear it. It's disappointing. I really was excited for this phone and it's come to me mediocre. It looks beautiful. Really no superficial damage at all but I'm not sure the functionality will allow me to keep it. I think I'd rather not have a phone for a while.
