Phone had bad ESN so I had to return it. Returning it was rather cumbersome and definitely took way more time than it should have. Seller refunded sale after 2 days and return shipping after 5 days. After this experience I chose to purchase an iphone on Glyde instead where they also guarantee a good ESN and do not deposit funds to the seller for 72hours after the buyer receives the phone. Disappointed with this experience with ShreveportPhones and Swappa.

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
