When I first recieved the phone, it wasnt unlocked, but i contacted the seller and swappa and it was fixed in less than an hour, and I recieved the phone in good condition and with very fast shipping, overall couldnt be happier, using the phone for 3-4 days with a tmobile sim, works like a charm. USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
