My apologies to the seller. This arrived on the 20th. I had neglected to get a smaller SIM card ahead of time. Friday night I activated a new one and then rushed to an all night emergency room visit for a family member which threw me off balance for a few days. The phone was shipped quickly after the order with a tracking email. It arrived with good packaging. The screen and exterior look great. WiFi and phone work find. I am very happy to upgrade from a 4 to a 5s!

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
