My apologies to the seller. This arrived on the 20th. I had neglected to get a smaller SIM card ahead of time. Friday night I activated a new one and then rushed to an all night emergency room visit for a family member which threw me off balance for a few days. The phone was shipped quickly after the order with a tracking email. It arrived with good packaging. The screen and exterior look great. WiFi and phone work find. I am very happy to upgrade from a 4 to a 5s!

Device in better condition than described but battery drains quickly. I suppose to be expected for a 3 year old phone. Shipping was fast and seller very communicative. I would buy again.
