The phone does not work and need to exchange it I need to know how to send it back unfortunately
It does not stay on any one screen it jumps from screen to screen it will not let me turn on or off without glitching out it is definitely destroyed somehow with the internal system

I received the phone in good timing and packaged securely. The pictures and description were very good. I was hesitant to buy a "fair" condition phone, but was pleasantly surprised upon unpacking that it looked better in person than the pictures showed! Very happy!
