The phone was in good condition just like the add stated. My only real issues were the speaker phone does not work and the switch to put on silent mode is finicky. Overall I would be closer to 3.5 stars.

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
