This seller is excellent! The phone shipped next business day, USPS First Class mail with tracking, as advertised. I am pleased with the condition of the phone. USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
