I was a little surprised at the use of a padded/bubble envelope to ship the phone, but it arrived unmarred so I can't complain. Phone had a small charge and was ready to go right out of the packaging. :)

Shipping Policies

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
