Smooth transaction and devices was perfect. Knocking 1-star because the device was shipped while powered on which can't be ideal while wrapped tightly in bubble wrap.

Phone arrived in exact condition. Like other phones bought on swappa I need to reset the phone to make work with ATT and it needs a sim card to work. Some phones work as a iPod but seems swappa always need a sim card to activate. ATT supplies for free. Phone was a decent price and for now (1 week) works well.

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 buisness days), we do not ship on the weekends, and the device will be sent out the next business day after payment.

Return & Refund Policies

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
