It was shipped quickly, but the phone I received usually run very hot strangely when I used. I don't like that point.

The phone arrived promptly and looks good. So far the phone is doing what it is supposed to do. I only knocked off a star because it has frozen a couple of times which is why I delayed commenting. I wanted to make sure it worked. So far, we can unfreeze it fairly easily.

Phone works ok, handy to have bought it as my phone died a few months back and we had not activated this one yet. It does work and is compatible with Total Wireless who uses the Verizon network. Unfortunately, the battery life is horrendous and there are some issues where the phone will just reboot when about 30-40% of battery life is left or if turned upside down. It makes it hard to use for any prolonged period of time.
