Downsides were: phone didn't arrive fully charged, and although these were written in the description before I purchased it, wish it didn't take an extra day to ship and priority wasn't $5 extra.

Devices have a 14 day refund or Return Policy and do provide Return shipping labels for defective devices. If the device has no issues, but is no longer wanted then the return shipping label is the buyers responsibility.
