Product usually ships same day on weekdays if ordered before 1:00 PM EST.

As a part of our policy we do not ship to P.O. boxes and overseas.

Phones that are purchased after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
10% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
Returns must be received within 7 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Fuzion Electronics, is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.
All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt.
All products are fully inspected prior to the shipping in order to ensure the contents of the packages remain intact.
All products are brand new from the manufacturer; we do not sell any used, fake or counterfeit items.
Most of the items came with no seal on the box. In some cases, if there is a seal on the box, we may have to cut the seal and check the charger plug in order to provide you with correct US adapter. But the phone and accessories remain brand new in the box, never used before. No seal or cut seal does not mean it is a used phone.
