We offer free UK delivery with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. Although usually next day it is not a guaranteed service so occasionally can take 2-3 days.
For those that need a guaranteed next day service then Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1PM the next working day.

For international deliveries we have a flat rate of £15 for Royal Mail International Signed For and Airsure. Royal Mail's target times are 3 working days to Western Europe, 5 working days to Eastern Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the world.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.

We operate a no quibble 14 day returns policy. Just return the item in original condition and we will make the refund the same day we receive it back.

On top of this, Freedom Mobiles offer a 60 Day Warranty, from date of delivery, on all items purchased except those specifically sold as "FAULTY". Note items which have manufacturer warranty will have this detailed in the description instead. Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only and does not cover user damage, water damage or issues caused by unofficial software updates. Freedom Mobiles will replace or repair your device within 14 days in the event of a manufacturer fault. All devices are tracked by serial number or IMEI.

For mobile phones or devices with cellular functionality we offer a 2 year blacklist protection to protect you against items becoming blacklisted by the network provider. This is sadly always a possibility with second hand items and cannot always be identified immediately. But what we can do is replace your device if at any time it becomes blacklisted within 2 years of your purchase date.
