Phone in excellent condition, fast shipment, excellent communication with seller. Had issues with charger and seller promptly sent a replacement. Works but I think I'll get a better quality charger. Overall a satisfactory transaction.

Device was as listed, in almost new shape with just a tiny little nick on the body.

My intent was to relieve the device qnd unlock it for MetroPCS. Unfortunately, T-Mobile wouldn't unlock the device unless I had it on my account for 40 days. I ended up trying this G4 to my friend for his old unlocked G4.

Shipping Policies

• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.

Return & Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
