The only way to make a call is with blue tooth or on speaker phone..I find it hard to think
that you did not know this..Now Im stuck with a phone that cant make calls...I buy and sell a lot of phone,but Im stuck with this one.

There was a slight hiccup with the first unit shipped but when contacted, the seller immediately worked to make it right. His only request was that I send pictures of the phone; he sent a prepaid return shipping label and when he received the phone promptly offered to refund my money or ship a replacement. I received the replacement yesterday and it exceeds the description and works like new. Exceptional customer service, something not often seen today. I would highly recommend this merchant and will gladly purchase from him again in the future. An excellent Swappa seller. Thank you.

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
