Product as described, great working phone.
The original phone that was sent was not functioning. Even though the seller had it as "Phonecheck". The seller did have me ship it back and sent a new phone. But the process took some convincing and over a month before I had a working phone in hand.
I have decided to keep this device. The scratches are unnoticeable in normal use. I would like to note, as frustrating as it may be, Amazon offers similar prices for devices in better condition, with faster shipping. They're impossible to compete with, but they've slotted themselves in this market.

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
