Used phone received was in excellent shape, with only some minor wear visible on the single button. The phone took much longer to arrive than expected (about 10 days), but the seller was very communicative and alleviated my concerns.

Positive experience, there was a problem which was due to the postal service, not the seller's fault. The seller quickly went above and beyond to correct it.

I returned phone because it was not fully functional. The 3d touch feature which works with a pressure sensitive screen was not working. Haptic touch worked but that is a feature based on touch and hold, no pressure required for it to function. You can do many of the same things with haptic touch as 3d touch but as my daughter wasn't willing to accept a phone which was malfunctioning, I returned it. Seller claims phone passed 3d touch test. The seller is either mistaken in their accessment of the phone (which is possible) or are unwilling to admit screen doesn't have any sensitivity to pressure whatsoever. I've given them a neutral rating because they refunded the purchase price of the phone promptly but they refused to reimburse $11 and change for return shipping. I should have taken video to demonstrate 3d touch clearly failed to function but I didn't think it would be necessary. Clearly it was necessary after all. Could have been worse though I've had worse experiences here

Just wanted to say thanks for offering this phone for sale at a great price. It's in great shape, with only one tiny scratch on the back side. If not for that you probably could have listed it as Mint Condition. Thank you again!
