Prompt shipping and arrival. However, the phone was shipped to me locked and a passcode was not issued with the phone. This was a major inconvenience and I had to go through the process of unlocking it by resetting it through a PC . Phones are not supposed to ship to a buyer in a locked state per Swappa rules. There also was a gouge in the glass on the bottom left of the screen that should have been described in the listing in my opinion because it is much deeper than a normal scratch and could be interpreted by some as a “chip” in the glass which is not allowed under Swappa rules.
They sent me the wrong item. Sent it back and then they offered one in a different color so I took it to avoid anymore hassle.
The phone arrived promptly and in good condition, just as described. Very pleased with this purchase. Thanks!

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
