item listed as mint but there were minor scratches on the top and bottom. Also the item shipped in a ziplock bag, inside of a corner cut out of a flat rate envelope... surely they could have used an entire flat rate envelope.
Phone came exactly as described in the pictures. I would definitely purchase another phone from this company!
I got the phone very fast! Thank you! The phone looks brand new and is working perfectly. The battery seems to drain kind of fast but that could be because of all the running apps in the background. Other than that the phone is perfect.
Item was delivered fast. The phone back had a slight lift, didn’t notice it in the photos.
Had an issue with the phone and the seller rectified immediately. Would do business again!

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
