i would give 100 stars if i could! awesome seller i leave for vacation on the 30th so i needed the phone before i leave and it came on time . only took 5 days to get to my house! listing shows scratches but the scratches are not noticeable at all. bought a fair and it looks brand new !! best seller A++
This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a business. He sent me a phone that did not work. All calls made on it were silent, I went through SO much to try and get it to work, including purchasing a new SIM card, until finally I concluded that the phone was broken and it had nothing to do with my service. I proceeded to try and get my money back, and the seller tried to blame me for the damage. I shipped back the phone and he said he would send me a replacement, but instead, he sent me back the exact same phone. Hilarious. So I sent it back AGAIN, ended up paying an extra $13 in shipping that he said he would reimburse me for, but then didn’t reimburse me at all. FINALLY after a month and a half of going back and forth with this seller and complaining multiple times to Swappa (who didn’t help me at all), I was finally able to get my money back because I threatened to file a dispute through PayPal. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller, it will cause you lots of stress.
LCD Screen was falling off of frame with weak adhesive.
Fixed it myself.

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
