The first phone that was sent had a cracked screen and was in rough shape. I alerted the seller who sent me a return sticker so I could return it. He then shipped a phone with no cracked screen and in much better shape overall than the first one. Too bad it took 2 tries to get this right. But at the end I am happy with the purchase so far.

Phone came in good condition

The Charger Port was faulty and it was very hard to find a position where it would charge untill 100%. You would leave it charging only to find out that the position where you had rested it was no longer stable enough to keep it charging. I didn't realize this until the second day, after I had already passed all my data from my old phone so I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Then after a week, the charger port got worse and worse to a point where it didn't charge anymore, in any type of position. In addition, these Motorola phones only charge with the original Motorola chargers and this is not mentioned in any of the listings. I never contacted the seller because as I said, sometimes you don't have the time to be going through these returns. You buy a used phone, you assume they had already noticed there was a problem with the charging port. Maybe they damaged it just as they were charging it to sell it. Who knows, but I ended up with the short end of the stick.
