It's in a good conditions
havent used it yet, but it powers on and boots up, so looks like it will work well.
New-looking phone, as advertised, safely arrived in just a few days, does work on the Verizon network with our SIM card. All good. Thank you.
Phone looks good physically but had a small screen smudge under the glass in the bottom left. You can't notice it on lower colored screens but on white backgrounds you can. But for the price it's livable.
The phone arrived and works fine.

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser including software changes, rooting, jailbreaking etc.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
