The seller shipped promptly and the device is as described. Great experience!
The sale process was good, and it took a while to figure this out. Once we got the phone powered up with my daughters SIM card, it seemed to be working, but she couldn't use some apps (important ones). After researching and a lot of head-scratching we discovered the device was enrolled in the Android beta program.
It took way too much effort to figure this out. As a birthday gift, this was a major headache. She had to keep using her old phone with a broken screen for too long. Please check the devices you sell to make sure they aren't enrolled in Android beta programs. Otherwise, only time will tell if the device is fine otherwise. (It took a lot of effort to get to this point, weeks after her birthday)

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
