I got completely scammed with this phone. The screen came with a blacked-out spot on the side. The speaker was horrible and made me sound underwater. After 1 month the phone would not connect to wifi or bluetooth. And the phone has trouble connecting to chargers and will stop charging if it gets moved. and they wouldn't let me return it because it had a small crack in the upper left back of the phone. really regret doing business with this company and sadly will not be buying any more phones from swappa after this experience.

The phone was in good condition, but the IMEI was not clean. Phone had been purchased on an installment plan and not fully paid off before sale. The phone can't be sim unlocked now. This goes against Swappa policies.

Phone does not hold the battery, It went from 100% to 0% within 5-10 min. Similarly battery get charged from 0% to 100% within few minutes.

Battery wasn't good and I had to get that replaced. Which I was told this before, but still a good buy

Not reliable. Certainly not recommended. Careless error that is a bit suspicious. Three days to send return label. And three days to initiate refund. My mistake for not looking more closely at the Reviews for the past three months. Sadly disappointed with this transaction. I'll stick to the smaller sellers and avoid these big guys.

Great communication and awesome refurbished phone but it broke after less than a year

Product not compatible with T-Mobile network. Doesn't connect half the time. Works otherwise, but unable to use on the road.

Swappa description said good. Seller description said excellent. Phone screen has multiple scratches not shown in the 2 photos of the device. The scratches were described as wear and tear. Phone otherwise functional but more effort needs to be taken to photograph key angles and defects in good lighting. This is not a rookie mistake as they have thousands of sales here and on ebay.

Phone has like glue on the edges of the back. It looks like this phone was repaired or refurbished and seller didn't disclose that in the description.
