Fast shipping, good communication, inaccurate description, unprofessional. Item came NOT factory reset witch was upsetting, unmentioned dents even though it was advertised as "mint", i am not upset with my purchase because of the price and the feedback, but would not recommend buying from this user.

Extra $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air available upon request
Extra $35 for UPS Next Day available upon request
UPS ships out same day if purchased before 1pm EST M-F
Signature is required for purchases over $500
Signature can be added for additional security for $5 upon request
Return & Refund Policies
We do not do partial refunds! No returns unless the device is not as described.
