Phone was listed as unlocked, but so far I have not been able to activate it. I was able to return the phone but I only received a partial refund on the basis that I had allegedly scratched the phone. After a lot of back and forth the seller refunded the rest of my money. I estimate I spent 8-10 hours between trying to activate the phone and then trying to get all the money back. I probably won't be doing business with this seller again.
