Terrible customer service. Watch was shipped a week late to the incorrect address. My address was incorrect on paypal and even after multiple confirmations from the seller to send to the new address, the watch was sent to the incorrect address. It was a huge pain for me to go across town and try to get the watch. Seller promised that he would provide an extra band with the watch due to the late shipping and did not. Band and charger that came with the watch were not apple brand. Terrible experience with minimal support, will not buy from this seller ever again.

The watch was an upgrade for my wife. She says 5 stars! Quick shipping and everything seems fine with the watch.

The only disappointment is the photos had a stock looking charger and we ended up with a random off brand charger and not what was in the photo. But that’s minor and it did say that in the photos it may not be the exact model. Not a big deal.
