Looks to be brand new as stated. working fine. Not yet set up with cell service, but soon to be.

EDIT: Came with ATT card, but is the iPhone model that will work with multiple carriers and I NEVER set it up with ATT or used ATT service in the past. But I can't get ATT to unlock it - they keep saying I have to have 6 months of service with them first. That seems to indicate to me that someone somehow bought this from ATT without service and is reselling them. this is locking the phone for me making it unusable, except as a glorified iPod Touch. I want to use this phone on Verizon, not ATT. I'm not sure how it can be locked to ATT unless it previously had service with them, and if so then I'd need that previous owner (though it was sold as brand new and seemed to be) to get ATT to unlock it. If the buyer can explain to me how to get it unlocked I'll update the rating.
