I received the phone as advertised. Phone was is condition stated. There were issues with the shipping and I had to follow up on my own. The seller did not contact me at all when the phone didn't arrive in a timely manner. I had to file a report with the USPS myself. I feel the seller should have followed up and done that on his end. Phone shipped on February 19th. I received it March 1st. Tracking info stopped as of Feb 23rd. I am happy with the phone, but disappointed in lack of follow up by seller. It was not his fault the post office was late delivering package, but my concerns were never addressed by seller. He could have contacted the post office. He did not.

30 days free return, 90 days warranty
Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches.
Before returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts and passwords must be removed from the device. Factory data reset is recommended. Please packing the returned device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
