There are a couple of issues. The volume up button seems to have a bit of wear in it as far as it not being as firm as the volume down button. Almost like it's a bit caved in. But not something you would notice visibly. The digitizer for the screen is having problems. Any slight long press or repetitive presses causes the screen to go a little janky and sometimes register multiple presses more than what you actually did. Testing this, I held down on a empty space on the home screen and did not move and the screen was bouncing left and right like crazy. Not sure if it's a hardware or software issue. Other than that everything else is pristine. In just my personal opinion, it's physically mint condition but I would say not functionally mint condition. Those my only two gripes about it other than that I'm happy with it.
Everything was good with the transaction with the seller. Wouldn't recommend a Galaxy s20 Ultra however as it has issues with the focus on the camera. Nothing wrong with the the seller though.

Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Two Days/next day delivery (Business Days) via FedEx/UPS available for an additional $25/$35 respectively. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
30 days return, 90 days warranty
Order cancellations are subject to 4% fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any claim for non-receipt item or any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Any device reported after this time will no longer be eligible for return.
Change of mind returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 90 days from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers:
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover:
--Damage of any type like accidental dropping, water damage, third party unauthorized repair or opening of the phone
--Buyer changed mind
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--Returned device has to ship out within 14 days upon return label emailed
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed. Factory reset is recommended.
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages/Sales Page before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
Please pack the returned device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned demage device will result in denial of your return.
