3 things that were not great.

1. Shipping - Not sure why it took 3 days to actually begin shipping it.

2. Packaging - The watch was loosely placed in a small box with one bubble wrap bag next to it. Essentially, flopping around the box.

3. Charger - Not sure why, but using the enclosed charger made the watch very hot so it would stop charging. It was so hot that you could not hold it in your hands. I had to purchase my own charger.

There did not appear to be any scratches on the watch so that's great.

5. Please be informed that we have opted for a delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt. Kindly ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package on your behalf.
6. If you have not received your product but the delivery status shows “delivered”, please contact us as soon as possible; you are required to cooperate with the insurance company to fill out customer affidavit to claim that you have not received the item.
7. IMPORTANT: ORDERS WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED AND THE CANCELLATION FEE IS NOT REUNDABLE.
8. If your address is associated with a reshipper or freight forwarding service, please ensure your reference code is included.
9. We may need to cancel your order if we don't receive your reply regarding to address related issue since we are not able to proceed shipment. Please note that a non-refundable cancellation fee of 5% will be applied in such cases.

Return & Refund Policies


1. 30 days Free Return for quality issue related.
2. 10% of restocking fee be deducted from your refund if the return is not product quality or functional issue related.
3. 30 days covers manufacture defects only, DOES NOT COVER any damage incurred while in buyer’s possession. Devices altered from factory settings—such as bootloader unlocking or rooting—are not covered under our return policy, as such modifications void the manufacturer’s warranty and may affect functionality.
4. All returns must be free of user damage. If the device is returned damaged, we may deduct up to 100% from your refund.
5. All returns must match the condition we ship out, including all accessories if applied. Otherwise, we may deduct up to 100% from your refund.
6. Refunds will be issued after we receive & inspect your device.
7. Damages caused by the carrier will result in voided return/warranty.
8. Order cancels before shipping, 5% will be deducted from your refund as cancellation fee.
9. Order cancels after shipping, 5% & related shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
