The phone wasn't mint condition, but they gave me a return shipping label without trouble and refunded no problem. I'd buy from them again, maybe just add a round of screen stress tests to check for burn damage like this since AMOLED's are notorious for it.

Purchased iPhone stated to be in "mint" condition. Was definitely not mint. Quite a few scratches overall and some significant dents in the metal frame, one that is sharp and scratched me. I was able to cover it with a case. Was in OK condition overall though. Everything seems to work properly. Shipped in a timely manner. Was not packaged very well for shipping - loosely wrapped in a thin sheet of bubble wrap with lots of room to bounce around inside the box. Not secure. I was glad to have found an old model in working condition for a fairly cheap price, but phone was not in the condition as advertised.

Shipping Policies

All orders will be Shipped Same Day of purchase if placed before 1:00PM CST (applies Mon-Fri). If a an order is received after 1:00PM it will ship the following business day. Phones are shipped with FedEx Ground.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Return & Refund Policies

30 Day returns accepted for defective equipment. A defective device may be exchanged for a working unit. A return must be returned in the same condition of purchase. Returns are processed and tested to ensure the correct device has been returned. Defective device returns will be tested and processed before a replacement unit is sent to the customer. If a defective return is claimed, but is not, the return will be processed with a $35 restocking fee. If a defect was determined to be caused by the customer, DSR Mobility will deny the claim, and the device will be sent back at the customers expense. Non defective devices will be inspected and tested. Approved non defective returns will be subject to a $35 restocking fee. The equipment is guaranteed on the carrier in which it is sold. We cannot guarantee the phone or tablet will work on an MVNO.
