Phone works fine but the side of the case was damaged. Looks like it was pried open near the volume buttons. Wasn't mentioned in the details.

Buyers beware the listing details! - seller either posted a phone they didn't have, or posted information about the phone that wasn't actually true. Either way, cancelled the sale and refunded our money. While the seller corrected the mistake quickly and refunded quickly - the bottom line is that my money sits unavailable to me for days with Paypal because of their mistake. Costs me days of not having access to my money, costs them nothing (til now with this negative review). So while I can't knock the speed with which they responded and resolved - their mistake still penalized me as a buyer, so I'd be very careful to confirm their details before buying right away like I did.

Shipping Policies
All orders will be Shipped Same Day of purchase if placed before 1:00PM CST (applies Mon-Fri). If a an order is received after 1:00PM it will ship the following business day. Phones are shipped with FedEx Ground.

Return & Refund Policies
30 Day returns accepted for defective equipment. A defective device may be exchanged for a working unit. A return must be returned in the same condition of purchase. Returns are processed and tested to ensure the correct device has been returned. Defective device returns will be tested and processed before a replacement unit is sent to the customer. If a defective return is claimed, but is not, the return will be processed with a $35 restocking fee. If a defect was determined to be caused by the customer, DSR Mobility will deny the claim, and the device will be sent back at the customers expense. Non defective devices will be inspected and tested. Approved non defective returns will be subject to a $35 restocking fee. The equipment is guaranteed on the carrier in which it is sold. We cannot guarantee the phone or tablet will work on an MVNO.
