too many scratches on the screen were hidden in the photos or shown in the angle as if there were no scratches. Screen is full of scratches. I would have not bought if I had seen this before.

I couldn't be more pleased with my order and this vendor as a first time buyer on Swappa. The iPhone 14 came exactly as advertised and the pictures on the post were identical to what I received. The "Good" rated phone came without a single scratch, "unlocked" came unlocked, and the Battery Life percentage that was advertised as 97% came as 97%. I'll be looking out for this vendor on Swappa the next time I'm buying a phone!
The phone works perfectly and the screen and back of the phone are in pristine condition. However there are two small nicks/dents in the top and bottom right of the device and a light scratch on the left side, these were not disclosed or in the images shown online. I left a note to the seller when the phone arrived three days ago but did not receive a response. Giving a positive rating since phone arrived quickly.

Return & Refund Policies

Defective or Misrepresented Items:
If a device arrives with a functional defect or condition issue that was not disclosed in the original listing description, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
All such issues must be reported within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.
Buyer's Remorse / Non-Defective Returns:
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to defects or listing inaccuracies (e.g., changed mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations, iCloud/Find My iPhone locks, or damage caused post-delivery.
