was a pretty easy sale! phone came in mint condition and looked flawless. i was worried when i first got it because the battery was draining rapidly and it was really hot. i think that's just bc of transit and not being in a cool environment. once the phone cooled down the battery was back to normal. battery drain happens, but only when the phone starts to get hot. device care doesn't indicate a problem with anything in the phone and i can replace the battery later on if i need to. overall a pleasant experience and the seller was able to provide me with more insight on the battery as well. there's a faint line in the screen that's a bit darker than the rest, but i can only see it if i'm paying attention. definitely a good deal regardless, i love this phone :D

The phone looks good, works and say the battery is working at 99%. All good. The only thing I did not like was that it was sent USPS with tracking and I did not receive it until 7-2-2024. My opinion is that it should have been sent 2-day because it took over a week to get here. Apart from that, as of 7-3, I'm satisfied.

Phone was in great condition. My credit card rejected the charge from the seller and Swappa immediately closed my account so I had to create an account with another email address.

Return & Refund Policies
Buy from a trusted seller and avoid unnecessary returns - we maintain the highest quality control! Each device is properly and thoroughly tested. Although uncommon, due to the nature of the product defects may arise but we will be here to help solve any issues.
We offer a 30 day replacement warranty on all of our devices. The warranty starts from the day the shipping tracking number shows the package was delivered. Warranty does not include buyer's remorse or user damage. If we can't fix the issue remotely, we will provide you with a free return shipping label and once we receive the return we will send you a replacement phone. If you would like to return for a refund, there is a 10% restocking fee or $15 (whichever is greater), unless we don't have a replacement so then the full refund will be sent. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the return shipping label, otherwise the return will be void.
ALL IMEI/SERIAL NUMBERS ARE RECORDED. If the device's IMEI number does not match, the return will be rejected. If the IMEI matches and the device's condition isn't the same as when it was sent, or the device was tampered with, the return may be rejected or up to a 50% restocking fee may apply.
For cancellations before the order was shipped, a 10% fee or $15 fee (whichever is greater) will be applied to the refund. If the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout and the package gets returned to us, there will be a $20 charge and the item will be shipped back to you as soon as we receive it back.
