Got phone as described, so no issues there. Shipping was delayed significantly, most likely USPS fault. Phone came in a bubble wrapped envelope, was worried about that but phone arrived in perfect condition.

The back camera didn't work (lots of vertical lines dancing around). I sent a video of it not working, tried various resets and upgrades but couldn't fix it. When I sent it back seller said it worked for him and charged me $50 restocking fee, basically calling me liar. He planned to sell it again.
