Phone arrived quick and as described. I was not able to get the phone to work and returned it to the seller. At first they were fine and offered to send a replacement. After a few days of no communication, they said they did not have a replacement and offered a refund. Again, no communication or refund for a few days. It took some pushing by the Swappa staff and a Paypal dispute for them to finally process the refund.

We ship Monday through Friday, from Brooklyn, NY excluding legal holidays.
We ship to all 50 states within the United States and the U.S. Territories.
All order placed before 12pm EST, will be processed and shipped same day.
Choosing Next Day Air shipping on a Friday afternoon or a weekend will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
