Delivered as promised. I would agree that the phone generally qualifies as "mint condition" though there were little chunks of gunk on the sides, front, and back that I had to scratch off with my fingernail and it had fingerprints all over it. I was able to clean it up okay but it would have been nice if the vendor did this in advance. Also, vendor indicated on sale page that returns can be made for any reason within a certain period of time - though I'm not sure what this process is. Not sure if it's customary for a seller to contact buyers in advance with this type of information (in addition to the "thanks for buying" blurbs, etc.) but it would be more professional and comforting had I been contacted. Maybe this info was shared and I'm just not sure where to find it. Satisfied so far, though.

This was overall a good buying experience. The phone arrived promptly (in less than 2 days!) and was exactly as advertised. I was a little disappointed with the seller's level of communication, however. Prior to the sale, I asked some questions on the product page and waited at least a couple of days and got no response. I even included the Swappa moderator on one of the messages for assistance and still nothing. I just wanted some extra pictures to verify the condition of the product. Once I pulled the trigger and bought the phone, I said thank you and wanted to see when the product would be shipped. Still nothing. I went back to the seller page and saw that the tracking number had been posted and the phone was on its way. So...aside from communication, I felt that the price was fair and I got what I paid for.
