Would have marked this 2.5 but following rating guide made it to 3. Phone was in fair condition when it was rated as good. Scratches on the screen and on back plus damage to sim/SD card tray was not disclosed in original posting. When I reached out about the problems Friday morning the seller did not respond until Monday (2nd business day) because they are a business that's closed on the weekends. Advice to others looking to buy from this seller, ask for more pictures and lower your expectations. Seller was responsive but only during 9-5 M-F and ended up keeping phone after we negotiated partial refund. I will NOT buy from this seller again.

I received the phone on time, fast shipping... however the phone would not get any type of service, I tried everything along with my carrier until I ended up at the apple store and found out the antenna had issues and therefore was not getting enough signal with any phone company. The phone was in great condition (I would say Mint condition) but the antenna issue was not mentioned, luckily for me it was still under warranty and was replaced. I msg seller about issue prior to visiting Apple store and no response.
