not good - buyer beware this seller Crownsfield Cellular sells blacklisted iphones. I purchased a phone from them for $1171.41 and after using it for a few months it goes SOS, blocked by t-mobile and is uselesss - because this seller bought it to sell on Swappa and now They are trying to take money for me on the return and will not honor their fradualent deeds.. Buyer beware, dont trust Crownsfield Cellular, go to anybody else. This process looks to be a common deed that this seller operates in and you have no protection from it, except do not buy anything from them..
The laptop is in good condition as described in by the seller. I would purchase again from them.

Shipping Policies
We Guarantee to ship your item within 1 business day of the time you purchase
If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be shipped out the same day
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will go out first thing Monday
Your tracking number will be uploaded to Swappa immediately upon shipment
Free Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail on all phones and tablets
Free Shipping on Apple Macbooks and other laptops is done with UPS 3 Day Select
On Larger devices we use UPS ground. If we are using UPS ground we will specify this in the listing
Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $150. This is done to protect your purchase.
**Please Note: We do not offer any kind of International Shipping. We also do not ship to Freight Forwarding companies that forward our merchandise to countries outside the USA. If you place an order using this type of address your order will be cancelled, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal
