I recently had a deeply disappointing experience purchasing an iPad from Crownsfield Cellular on Swappa. Despite their prompt shipping, the device arrived with a deep scratch on the screen, contradicting their “mint” condition listing. Initially, they offered a $50 partial refund, which I accepted reluctantly.
However, the situation worsened when I discovered the iPad was still under an installment plan with AT&T, rendering the e-sim unusable for cellular. The seller refused to address this issue and denied responsibility, leading to a heated exchange. Crownsfield Cellular’s dismissive and aggressive responses, including accusations of extortion and abuse, made the experience even more distressing.
I have requested a full refund, including the cost of AppleCare+, but the seller insists I return the device first. Given their behavior and the unresolved issues, I am reluctant to send it back without assurance of a full refund. This has been an extremely frustrating ordeal.
Easy process. MacBook was in immaculate condition just as advertised. They packaged it extremely well and I would purchase from this seller again!

Device appears to be in great shape with no signs of use as expected. Happy with the purchase.
Power brick and cable however smells strongly of perfume and the cable appeared to have been chewed up by a dog. Luckily the chewed up part is easily replaceable and I had a spare cable for it so I'm not too concerned.
Tip for seller: please avoid sticking the adhesive bubble wrap directly to the device, it left marks that are a pain to clean off.

Shipping Policies

If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be shipped out the same day
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will go out first thing Monday

Free Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail on all phones and tablets
Free Shipping on Apple Macbooks and other laptops is done with UPS 3 Day Select
On Larger devices we use UPS ground. If we are using UPS ground we will specify this in the listing
Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $150. This is done to protect your purchase.

Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal
