I recieved phone speedily and it appeared in working order with no physical damage aside from some fair warping in the middle of the side edge of phone probably due to refurbishing. This wasnt notice able with a case on though. The main problem experienced was that the device had severely limited data access with it working about 1% of the time. Although I was disappointed about the unusable phone the company made it right with a very efficient easy return. I appreciate this part greatly as it makes a huge difference in my experience.

The phone does not work very well. Siri just comes on randomly and sometimes calls people when my phone is in my pocket. It also does this weird thing when I play music. It will skip 10 seconds of the song randomly but very often. I don't think I would buy again from them.
