Seller incorrectly advertised the iPhone as unlocked and it turned out to be locked. This has caused me tremendous trouble and inconvenience as I am now without a working phone.
Seller offered a full refund which I accepted. Will probably never use them again as they cannot be trusted.

Purchased an iphone 7 in "mint" condition that clearly had not gone through their inspection at all, as the first phone call I made after taking the phone out of the box the person on the other end said I sounded like I was underwater (couldn't hear what I was saying at all). The speakers did not work so I began the process of returning the phone. They have had the phone, and my $609 in their posession for, at minimum, a week and don't seem too concerned about returning their customer's money that I am now out. I have been told multiple times that they have "authorized" my refund but its unclear what that means because nor myself, or paypal representatives can see any funds being transferred into my account. They should be able to deal with these situations in a very timely fashion when they make a mistake like this. In my experience, if you do not receive a phone from this seller in the advertised condition, I hope you are okay with being out your money, and a phone, for awhile.
