Not the same phone as in the photo but its the same as the description. I did wish it was shipped sooner but idk how they run things. Still good deal.

Battery died immediately , phone was a few days out of warranty had a to spend more money to replace The battery. Physically the phone is okay..I was jus in too deep to return the device so I opted to keep...3/5 stars. They were speedy to try to resolve the problem all in all despite that 8/10 service.

Still had the plastic on the front and back.
