I purchase a phone and protection plan. The seller notified me 4 days later that the phone was cracked and they cancelled the order. I was credited for the phone, but not the protection plan. That might be on swappa, not the seller. But, being notified 4 days after the order that the phone the seller listed wasnt in the condition they stated certainly was within their power. So, no thumbs up, and because some of this is swappa's fault, no thumbs down either... meh.

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.
Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
