Arrived on time and exactly as described
Terrible experience. Got the wrong phone at first and then went back and forth for over a month trying to get it resolved, with either the right phone or a refund. No response until prompted to by Swappa staff. Would not recommend.
Terrible, seller never shipped phone after waiting for it almost a month and telling me he expedited shipping.

The seller sent me a phone that had a "clean IMEI" yet when I tried to activate it at AT&T I immediately got a message saying that this phone is still connected to someone else's account and has a balance due and to keep service I needed to immediately remove the sim. Basically got a dud phone and getting them to issue an avenue to return it was like breaking backs. At least after hassling them a bunch and over 2 weeks of time I got a refund.
I did not realize I had to do the "mark sale complete" section here. Once I do this, will I see the $20 refund discussed in the chat below? Thanks!

Return & Refund Policies
Please inspect your device as soon as your receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return warranty window. If your device is damaged during shipment, alert us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If you wish to cancel an order for buyer's remorse or return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 4% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.
