Got my phone earlier than expected and the phone was in mint condition!

It was my first time buying a used phone and my first experience on Swappa. After doing some research I decided to purchase from Circas because they had over 1000 reviews and Swappa marked them as a trusted seller. Went as far as contacting someone through reddit, who had bought a phone from them (they also had a positive experience). Also, they offer a great 15 day period to check out the phone and you're allowed to return it for any reason. I purchased the S9 and the product shipped within 2 days. Arrived nicely surrounded by bubble wrap in a plain white box. I purchased a mint condition phone and it was true to its listing. Seems completely brand new. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Circas.

The entire transaction was difficult for me because this was my first purchase. The seller was absolutely wonderful and walked me through the process of determining compatibility. The phone is absolutely pristine. I am more than impressed with the phones condition. I had to wait for my new provider SIM card to arrive before fulling testing the phone which took a couple days beyond the phones delivery. I have now received the SIM card but the phone is not working properly. I have tried extensively with customer service through my provider to fix the operating errors but to no avail. I can not access my data, send messages and I can't make calls. I can connect to the wifi but I don't always have access to wifi and my 4 children need to be able to get in touch with me. Sadly I have to return the phone.

All smartphones come with Free Shipping and Free Returns( we provide prepaid return label) within United States unless otherwise specified. We do not sell or ship internationally.
Shipping Policies
The device ships free of cost by USPS First Class Mail on the same or next business day. Delivery time frame for First Class mail is 2 to 7 business days. We offer expedited shipping by USPS Priority Mail for an extra charge of $15. Buyer needs to message on sale page once the purchase is made and we will send invoice for the expedited shipping charge via Paypal to the buyers email address. Once the invoice is paid, the device will be shipped.
Return & Refund Policies
Device Return/Replacement requests have to be made with proper communication via message on Swappa Sale page. We offer hassle free refunds within 15 days of receiving the device. We provide prepaid return shipping label and issue full refund for our listing price. Paypal/ Stripe do not refund their processing fees and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Order cancellations are subject to full refund of our listing price. The Paypal/Stripe fees for the order will be deducted from the refund as Paypal and Stripe do not refund their fees.
If the package is received in a damaged condition, it must be reported as soon as the package is received. Any device received with damage of any kind including but not limited to any system warning messages (battery not charging or moisture at charging port) must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
If the device is returned in broken/damaged or non functional condition including but not limited to water damage it will not be eligible for returns. Once the return is initiated, the device needs to be sent back within 3 to 4 business days. If the device is not received back within 10 days of initiating the return, the return will be closed.
If the proper return process is not followed and the shipping label provided by us is not used to return the device, return will be cancelled. In all circumstances, device needs to be returned in an undamaged condition and in a timely manner in order to receive a refund.
If the device is returned more than 10 days after receiving the prepaid return shipping label, restocking fees of 20% will be deducted from the refund if the return is received within 2 weeks of receiving the prepaid return label. If the device is received after 2 weeks of receiving the prepaid label, it will not be eligible for refund. Replacement may or may not be offered based on availability.
